We've been having really great weather these last few days, with thermometers reaching the 32/33 degrees - pity it seems it's coming to an end and rain and thunderstorms seem to be in the very near future!
To keep refreshed I tried making fruit popsicles for dessert! After 3 different recipes in 5 days, it's safe to say that we really like this new "dessert"!
I researched some recipes online but ended up using what I already had at home.
The first try:
125gr blueberries
125gr raspberries
300gr natural unsweetened yogurt
honey, to taste
I mixed all the ingredients in a large measuring cup, blended everything together and poured it into these ice pop makers. After several hours in the freezer, this was the result:
The second try:
strawberries, about 250/300gr
6 big cherries
150 gr natural unsweetened yogurt
juice of half a lemon
sugar, to taste
Mixed strawberries with lemon juice and sugar and let it stand for a few minutes; then I added the yogurt and blended everything.
The third try:
2 ripe peaches
1 ripe banana
1/4 of an apple
150 gr natural unsweetened yogurt
honey, to taste
Que bom aspeto!!!!
ReplyDeleteE são creamy??? Parece que sim!
Onde compraste essas coisinhas pra fazer os popsicles? Our friend IKEA???
Também vou fazer! Qual é a vossa receita preferida??
São creamy por causa do iogurte! As formas são do Ikea, claro!
ReplyDeleteEu gostei dos três, mas mais dos de blueberries/raspberries e dos de morango. O Micha não gostou dos de pêssego/banana.
